Overnight train or bus from Hyderabad, reaching Visakhapatnam in the morning. A relaxed day on the coast β Rushikonda beach and Kailasagiri β before an early night ahead of the 6.50 am train.

Day 2 β The Kirandul line to Arakuβ
The morning passenger train climbs into the Eastern Ghats through 58 tunnels, with Borra caves at the halfway point. Reach Araku by afternoon, visit the coffee museum and the tribal museum, and stay in the valley.

Chaparai cascade and the Katiki falls walk in the morning, then the road back to Visakhapatnam by the Ananthagiri ghats for the night train to Hyderabad.
