Day 1Drive in, ridge trek, riverside camp

Leave Bengaluru at 5 am, reach Sakleshpur by 10 and start the ridge trek after a plantation breakfast — about 8 km with stream crossings and open grassland at the top. Pitch camp by the river in the evening, barbecue and bonfire after dark.

Day 2Manjarabad Fort and Bisle Ghat

Pack up after sunrise chai, climb the star-shaped Manjarabad Fort, then drive to the Bisle Ghat viewpoint where three mountain ranges meet. Lunch on the highway and back in Bengaluru by 8 pm.
