Day 1 โ Overnight drive to Rameswaramโ
Overnight drive via Madurai, crossing the Pamban bridge at sunrise with the sea on both sides. Check in, rest through the middle of the day, then Agni Theertham and the temple corridor in the evening.

Day 2 โ Dhanushkodi and Arichal Munaiโ
The full day at the tip: the ghost town ruins, the old church and railway platform, then the sand road out to Arichal Munai where the two seas visibly meet. Sunset back at Kothandaramaswamy temple.

Good balance of activity and downtime. Rooms were basic but clean. The bonfire night was the highlight โ everyone actually talked instead of staring at phones.
