First trek and I survived✫ 5
I had never trekked before and was nervous about the difficulty rating. The pace was patient, breaks were frequent, and someone stayed with the slowest group the whole way up.
Captain made the trip✫ 5
Our trip lead knew every trail, every tea shop and every shortcut. Also handled a twisted ankle in the group calmly, which says more than any itinerary.
Yes — most people on our departures book solo. You'll be added to the group WhatsApp three days before departure, and the trip captain handles introductions on the bus.
Departures are capped, and the exact number is on the booking page. Anything above 20 runs with two captains.
Refunds follow the cancellation policy shown on the departure — 90% up to 15 days before, 50% up to 7 days, nothing inside 72 hours.
This is a difficult route. If you can walk 5 km without stopping you'll manage; start climbing stairs a few weeks before if you want to enjoy it rather than survive it.
